Ingredients

Pure Creatine Monohydrate. Recommended dosage: loading phase (5-7 days) – 1 scoop (5g) with 200ml of water or non-acidic beverage of your choice 4 times a day for 5 days. Maintenance phase (21 days) – 1scoop (5g) with 200ml of water or non-acidic beverage of your choice once a day, preferable pre workout. Continue the cycle with two weeks gap. It is recommended that athletes take creatine with a high carbohydrate drink (e.g. True Carbs) or with carbohydrate / protein supplement (e.g.Weight Pro/ Muscle Pump) to increase creatine uptake. Drink at least 3-5 litres of water per day during creatine uptake.
