Mix 50g of Musclemantra Carbo Pro in 400-500 ml of water, juice, or milk.
Once or twice a day, mixed with a large glass of milk. If working out, then consume before, during, and after exercise. Double the dose in case of prolonged exertion (2 hours or more).
